Feedback gevenWe experience highs and lows like any other restaurant. We are working hard to improve and get back on track. Our team and management are dedicated and deserving of respect.
Service was good. Our server had 8 tables and it was her first time ever being a server. She was falling behind because it was getting busy. Only a few servers wore a mask or gloves. When I asked the manager about this he said our masks were scaring the children. Really!? Well, what happens when you are the servers get COVID-19? He just laughed it off. I've noticed in Idaho Falls not many people wore the mask and social distancing wasn't popular.
Very grateful to the Christmas staff last night. I brought four very important people here to catch up and just have a cup of coffee. These guys were CrAzY busy and it was a bit chaotic. They were able to see all five of us and present us with a nice warm beverage to catch up.
I ordered a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich that was not fully cooked, but the staff and manager were very understanding. They cooked me a new one and removed it from our bill. The customer service here is excellent, and my family and I enjoy coming here on Saturdays for the kids eat free night.
I had the best experience at a Dennys restaurant ever. Our waitress, Patsy, was a delightful mix of professionalism and friendliness. Our drinks were constantly refilled and the food was served quickly from when we ordered. I give it a 5 out of 5 rating and will definitely return if I visit West Yellowstone from SLC again. Thank you, Patsy, for your kind and easygoing demeanor, combined with your professionalism.
