There were no sockets next to the bed to plug in my phone and laptop, so I had to run an extension cable out of the bathroom. Microwave in the room didn't even warm up when microwaves came fifty years ago. Of the 45 or so TV channels, about 3/4 of them would constantly freeze for a few seconds and other times that it will never be frozen. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, juices, milk, coffee, cocoa, toast and fruit. No eggs or meat. The rate was lower than most other place in the city, but you get what you pay.
It was a great place to stay. I'll stay there next time. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast area was large and beautifully decorated. The staff was super helpful and nice. Drinks: You have an amazing restaurant inside.
The first night I stayed in the room was immaculate in the second night the room was hurried clean, I could say it differently than this decent place for the good priceRooms: 3/5
This place has accused us a little more than double the price you can get online a room just because the government aid of Idaho Housing paid for our room. You calculated us $9,000 to stay in 1 room for 2 months, and if you go online to get quite any of the rental company apps to get a room with your debit/credit card, the room average of $61 per night, like $79 per night. Our reception said we were charged $155 for every night we were there? PLUS, we were not allowed to go to the free breakfast offered to customers, and we were not allowed to swim in their swimming pool or sit in their whirlpool, which is also an amenity for the guests.???? The rooms were very poor. The bathroom fan did not work, and we asked them to repair several times. The mini-refrigerator allowed either everything that was inside to dry up and/or warm up, or if you put the cold at all, it would become a freezer and freeze everything into a solid ice cube/formation. The room was not clean when we checked it, with beer bottle caps in several areas of the room, the bathtub started with wastewater protection (well coming the drain (which makes it unusable, the Wifi/Internet worked only about 60% of the time and was a bad signal the majority of the time when it worked somehow, and we also found a few dirty women underwear behind the entertainment center. Security: There were a few areas of the floor in the corridors that had obstacles under the carpet that a person, if you were not enough attention, and the majority of the motel (inside, the corridors, etc. had smoked a strong or of marijuana in it quite around the clock.
It was utterly disgusting. We walked into the lobby after a very long 8 hour day drive. The lobby reeked of pungent , musty, dirty odor. The hallways were dark, dingy with uneven flooring (holes enough to twist your ankles). It appeared to have rooms used as weekly rentals and the presence of most likely drug users. People were looming the area. There was no security lock for outdoor entry. The bathroom had excrement on toilet and a used wash cloth draped on shower rod!! Complete lack of sanitation should warrant shutdown and refund. I’ve called the manager, Cindy Carlson, to discuss our horrible experience and not surprising, she’s unreachable and I’m unable yo leave a message for call back communication. DONE!!!
