Ihop - Idaho Falls

Service was extremely slow and incomplete for an almost empty restaurant. eating came cold; no refills offered; we had to ask condiments, including sirup? in a pancake house? the personal was friendly enough, but not attentive. the food was good outside the temperature.

It is ihop they have made some things different since COVID-19 it plexiglas is standing between everyone. I still use a little too much butter for my taste and not enough salt pepper, but if they serve that many people can add their own salt and pepper to their taste. but the personal that the customer service is at this place. there wasn't someone to welcome us, but we didn't wait for long someone to get us to a table, it was already cleaned. then our waitress has actually helped with the selection what was there overall good, they did not excellent job and actually for what is that a hobbs I have seen in pastness is this really clean. So if they want a few simple pancakes and some decent eggs, I would say that this is a good place to eat.

The service was great. that would have been better. it was definitiw not the same place I could remember a few years ago. it was very quiet and empty.

Got IHOP through door dash for my birthday today because I don’t have a car and it’s all I wanted but it came without any syrup and in general was really gross and my hash browns had hair in them. Was really disappointed.
