Jalisco's Mexican - Idaho Falls

After just arriving in Idaho Falls for 5 days, there was one Mexican restaurant that everyone recommended: Jalisco's. I was warmly welcomed and seated across from the bar; be sure to check out their impressive drink menu if you enjoy alcohol. My server was very knowledgeable about the menu, and despite primarily speaking Spanish, he also spoke English fluently and politely. He recommended the Chicken Chipotle dish, among others, but that was ultimately my choice. Surprisingly, my food arrived much quicker than expected, in just 5-7 minutes. The portion size was enormous and the taste was undeniably the best Mexican cuisine I've had in multiple states, and definitely the best I've had in the last ten years. Don't miss out on this place, it's definitely worth a visit.
