Starbucks - Idaho Falls

The customer service here is outstanding! The staff makes an effort to remember customers' names and their favorite drinks. It is a bit surprising how they call out our names before they even see us when we place our orders at the drive-thru. I've also noticed that this location has a low turnover rate, which reflects positively on the management style in place here.

This location offers drinks that are significantly better than other places in the city. Whenever I try a different café, the espresso falls short. I don't mind spending the money here because at least the drinks are crafted properly.

I loved the atmosphere at this restaurant. It's the best in Idaho! The supervisor, Sheridan, was really helpful when I needed assistance, and the staff were friendly overall. I definitely plan on returning!

Great atmosphere! Classic music fills the space, and the aroma of coffee wafts through the air. It feels like life is good—just sit back and enjoy!

This is the first Starbucks I've visited where the person taking my order didn't make me feel welcome.
