It was packed with a variety of sweet flavors—some of them even warm—and it was incredibly delicious. The house-made Shanghai vinaigrette was vegan as well. Just a tip: make sure to avoid dairy if you're concerned; they mentioned it might be safe, but it’s not listed on the menu. We loved it so much that we returned on our way back from Idaho. The cocktails were fantastic and reasonably priced too. It was a wonderful way to start and end our trip to Wyoming, where vegan dining options can be scarce.
I'm uncertain whether the black bean burgers and fries are vegan. They were delicious, but I felt unwell after eating them. Maybe it was the oil? They use their own method for measuring it.
The restaurant had a charming atmosphere, but the bread contained some animal products, making the Schwarzbohnenburger unsuitable for vegetarians. I ended up with just a plate of fries, which I don't mind at all.
It was a charming little place, but the entire menu seemed to be focused on animal products, so the black bean burger would be the only suitable option for vegetarians. In the end, I only had a plate of fries, which I personally didn't mind. Updated from the previous review on July 30, 2021.
I'm not certain if the black bean burgers and fries are vegan. They were delicious, but I felt unwell afterward. It could have been the amount of oil used. Use your judgment when trying them.
