Feedback gevenWas advised our Pizza would be delivered in 50 minutes and took 90 minutes, I literally live 10 minutes away.
Always always aaaaallllways takes significantly longer than the time they say they will on the phone, mistakes with orders are frequent (including ones related to allergies/vegetarianism that are clearly specified) and the service is very often rude. The manager was once so awful to me that she made me cry and two other sets of customers walked out in disgust. NEVER an apology for bad service or lateness (as in, over half an hour late for pick up) either. I keep wanting this place to be better and try so hard to keep a positive attitude but it truly is consistently poor disappointing because the pizza is decent! Hoping it improves
Although I love crust I recommend everyone to just go to the willows store. It might be a lot longer of a drive but you 'll get a whole better service and pizza. The staff here are fairly nice but crack under pressure and get overwhelmed easily. I don 't blame them entirely for our order being an hour more than the estimated time because it was obvious that they were understaffed. The pizza they made was rushed and was missing toppings. When I called to complain the young guy was polite and after a bit of nudging offered to remake the pizza. On another occasion we ordered and when I went to pick it up the store was closed due to oven problems . There was no post on social media, no phone call,no refund, just an empty store. I sent a complaint but got no reply. Overall it 's bad with little redemption.
Great service and value, great quality pizza. You just can't go wrong with Crust.
Don't often review and have never given a bad review before but1. There was a fly buzzing through the uncooked ingredients and no one seemed to care2. We and other customers were standing around for very lengthy periods waiting to order/for orders and no one seemed to care, just ignored3. We were eating in so wanted to enjoy the water on offer, after a lengthy wait were told no cups, by this time had noticed bugs floating in customer water also. Admittedly, they offered bottled water at a reduced price.Feeling somewhat hesitant to eat pizza made with ingredients after watching the fly go through them all for an extended period.5. While writing this overheard staff arguing loudly with a customer who had returned with her pizza due to a problem. This argument is going on and on and staff is being rude to this customer. We are walking out, lost our money, just going to leave.
