Mint Indian Gourmet - IDALIA

A beautiful, fine restaurant on the outskirts of Townsville, the food and the wines were so beautiful! The owner declared every dish clear....mick had a salmon curry and I had a smoked / baked shrimp... we would like to see this kind of food in Toowoomba. Mick and Jenny

My family and I have been visiting Mint for years and it is honestly the best Indian we had in Townsville! Meals are delicious and tasteful, with good ingredients and very reasonable portion sizes. I note other bad reviews that the air conditioning is too cold, we simply bring sweaters and prepare accordingly. They are very busy and the waiting times for food can be long at times, so we simply know what we want to order before time and either book a table or arrive early in the evening. The service was always friendly, with best intentions and very friendly. Yes, it is not the cheapest restaurant around, but the quality is exceptional. We have no concerns to recommend Mint, and will be happy again and again.

We eat regularly in this restaurant. The service is excellent. The staff could not be more helpful or accommodating. Our food is always delicious. It's the best Indian in town!

Eating is incredible. Every time I go with my partner, we order something else and share it. Everything was always so perfect that I can't choose a favorite. Only the place where we also stand around for a desert: When prices seem a bit high, its REAL curry made with real spices and love! I think this is worth a few dollars each time

Fine dining Indian experience. We have booked a table for 6 and showed up. The tables were set beautifully and the timing was perfect. The service was very professional and the food was freshly made. According to my Indian friend, some of the foods were altered to the westerners appetite and pallet which is totally understandable.
