Zarraffa's Coffee Fairfield (townsville)

Super quick drive thru this morning but it came at a cost. Absolutely no froth on my skinny cap and the cup was damaged so it spilt down my shirt. Not good enough! Service: 1

Staff are lovely and work so hard. Coffee is great 90% of the time. Hot food as with all zaraffas in townsvile leaves the inside very cold and the outside hot, sometimes burnt machine issue? Today tho so painfully slow. Everyone must be ordering roast meals.

Passing through Townsville today and stopped in at Zarraffas Fairfield. I ordered 2 x Ciabatta Chicken, Avo and Cheese toasted. After waiting sometime in the drive through we received our order. Upon receiving it, they were not toasted, the avocado was black, and judging by the appearance they looked like yesterday's food. Not happy! Pay a considerable amount of money and not get what you paid for is bad service. Service: Take out

Go here quite frequently never had a bad experience. Last time I went the dude on the drive through was working despite a broken arm like an absolute weapon and even gave me free bbq sauce sachets because he thought my brekky roll needed more sauce.
