Costa Smeralda - Idar-Oberstein

I come here once a year with her food that is always good. Always pack at lunch. Location a bit secluded from the main city center, but I think by far the most beautiful in the area

Italian restaurant located in the town centre. Very popular and often full. Good varied menu in German but it's Italian food so not too difficult to work out. Service was good even when busy and the food was fresh and of a good quality.

Very yummy italian food with reasonable price. Went twice with 6 months apart and all the food i tried was very good. If i move to the town, this would be my regular place to visit for sure!

Went here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Had the combo, spaghetti Bolognese, lasagna, and tortellini, nice portion and reasonably priced. Wife had the seafood salad (fruitti di mare). Everything was very good. Very extensive menu on offer... something for everyone.

Not a lot open in off season and we ended up in this little italian near the Idar-Oberstein museum for dinner. Pizza was good and the home made pasta was fabulous. Large portions. Would recommend highly.
