Domino's Pizza - Igatpuri

Horrible experience. There was 1 staff member badly dressed with dirty linen preparing food without using gloves. The pizza dough was stale and had a foul smell and we have all fallen sick even though we only tasted the food. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered on train food but they didn’t deliver. When commit something you should deliver, basic thing expected from dominos Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s really disappointing to bring to the notice of the higher ops of Dominos and we have witnessed this 3 times as we travel frequently to Igatpuri Your staff doesn’t provide bill for food ordered and just gives the recipes bearing token number. When I insisted for the bill, they provided some other bill dated same day but different timing but similar details. Additionally they always insist on cash payments stating the POS machine is not working. This is not ethical practice followed by this outlet. Hoping appropriate due diligence is done. Service: 1

I didn't like this place at all. We were on a train on 13th November 2023. We ordered pizza when we were in Kalyan and ordered a farmhouse to be delivered to us in igatpuri. But after the train being late even then the pizza wasn't there. We had prepaid the order. When we went to customer care there was no response. The restaurant no. Is also useless. Please check of this and if they see this please reply... if the reply is not chat generated. Totally disappointed. Also even when the train continued and reached nashik. On the dominos app it said that the pizza was still being baked.... great response dominos.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
