New Orleans Pizza - Ilderton

I ordered online, but their system only sent half of my order to the restaurant. The staff refused to complete my order, even though I had an order number and proof of payment for the full amount. I was informed that I would need to file a complaint and pay for the missing pizzas if I wanted the rest of my order. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered pizza for my child's birthday party, placing a large order that included some promotions, but the management did not honor them. I felt extremely mistreated, and the customer service was very unhelpful. If you need pizza, I recommend going elsewhere; this place will only let you down.

Last year or so big changes have happened. They never have pizza slices at lunch break, pizza got thinner and they have less toppings than ever. Basically a cheese pizza with little sauce if you are lucky enough to get a piece.

I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money at this place. The manager is unprofessional, and they tend to shortchange you on toppings, so you rarely get what you pay for. The quality of the sub meats is questionable, and the restaurant's cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Do yourself a favor and try the restaurant next door instead!

Go talk to a brick wall you will get a better answer then the terrible customer service you will receive here.
