Le Pressoir - Île-d'Aix

I came on the ile u aile catamaran (see separate evaluation,) a bike hired and spent a wonderful day to explore this beautiful island. I believed this hidden gem and was so glad I did. I recovered from the heat of the day below. a large pine tree with sand under foot. I chose the menu du jour, reminds of the great value used for eating that they get in whole frankly. a tastefully packed fish soup, grilled fish and a delicious selection of sweet and an incredible cêvrefruits to finish. the employees were very busy (I bet they must come well in advance the summer) but lovable and accomodating. the bill came to €28 including a beer and a coffee and all the experience felt as if I had been transported back to frankly I knew and loved 30 years ago.

What a wonderful jewel about 20 minutes to walk from the ferry. excellent service, free aperitif for adult and French activities for children. the five fish selection with salad, vegetables and potatoes was excellent and very full. small goat cheese salad packed. with taste and some smoked duck on the side that was pink and tasty. children's menu 9 euro and absolute bargain. whole meal inc drinks only 75 euro for five. great value, great venue.

About 25 minutes gentle walk from the harbour, this place is a good stop to lunch. it cannot be displayed on official island cards on a path post. not the ugly eating place, but good eating is served efficiently, either... inside or under abundant tree form outside. we found the staff very helpful, although there was a big party besides the many foreign tables. more reasonable value, convenient and worthwhile to find out. look for the street le bois joly.

Absolument pas aimable et serveur incompétent!6 € une part de tarte de la veille et j'en passe... attrape touriste...Si le commerce et les touristes vous gênent, changer de métiers, vous portée préjudice à cette superbe île. vous ne seriez pas sur une île vous n'auriez déjà plus de clients...

Très mauvais accueil, entrées et plats ont été servis en même temps avant l'apéritif Service désagréable.Moules servies sans les frites, les frites n'ont été servies que 20 minutes après.Moules ridiculement petites... vraiment à éviter...
