Menu less than 35 years to 109€ (drinks included). I had a very good time from the fun mouth to the mignardises. Each bite was full of flavor. I loved the merger between Alsace and Japan. We could find classic French dishes with Asian condiments, a very good mix. The only small dish was the half-cooked salmon I found a little too cooked. Otherwise at the level of flavor everything was there.

A sublime meal, a pleasant and high service, a real pleasure that will undoubtedly be renewed!

Sublime. Just sublime. However, do not expect innovative dishes. It remains quite traditional but with a strong identity.

This restaurant embodies PERFECTION. The reception is smiling and warm, the place is beautiful, the service is irreproachable when in the kitchen it is extremely mastered and refined in quantities more than enough!
