Sophia's - Illinois

This was my first time at Sophia's Restaurant. The menu had something for everyone. Service was the best I've ever seen, my coffee cup was always full, attention to my happiness was checked regularly without being overbering. our food came out in the expected amount of time and was hot and delicious. Very pleased with my experience and will be going back (soon I hope).

Homey atmosphere. Pancake very good. Love the coffee. Service is very good. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely go back when in the area

Did was good Eggs Benedict had a little too much sauce. Service was really good we were a big group but they got to us timely and kept checking on us

Decent food, good service. Simple cuts of onion and potato were very different in size, so they cooked inconsistantly. Not bad overall.

Nice breakfast food. Omelette was slightly overcooked. Service was prompt and plentiful though demeanor of servers left something to be desired. (This could be due to lack of staff, servers weren't rude or anything, just seemed so overworked that they didn't have time to smile let alone take a break.
