Carlos' Bakeshop - Iloilo

The place is nice and is spacious. It has a couple of available rooms for team or group meeting. The food is tasty and delicious as well.

This place is so convenient from where were working. Only a tricycle away from Iloilo's business center. We only had arrozcaldo that day but Carlo's has always been on point. From their pastries, to their bread. Always a go-to. Sarap tumambay minsan and tingnan mo lg yung mga dumadaan na sasakyan. Cozy. I wonder when will the Treñas' get a mall place? Haha

Baked goods great, especially the wheat bread, except that I wonder why there is less of this type now. Their outlets have no longer been carrying them for over 2 months now. No explanation either. So because of that I am downgrading my assessment from 3 stars to 2

Poor service, do not go here. The communication from cashier and the barista is not impaired that results to poor service. If I did not follow up my order I they did not make my ice coffee. Whahahah that is a very poor service right? The all day breakfast is not so so not so good and not so bad just mediocre food nothing special. The PUTO CHEESE is a bit sour and cold. In fairness the ambiance is okay, clean and health protocols are being implemented. Staffs are helpful and greeted each customer with a smile and kindness but still poor service. Probably the barista is new same us with the cashier.

I received one of the worst service of my life after dining here with my wife. We asked the waiter who took our order to explain to us the food that we were ordering and it was a shocker that he does not know what he was serving. After that, the next waiter who served us food didn't even bothered to excuse herself as she placed our food on our table on top of our cutlery while my wife was still not done with her soup! Look, i know these are but simple things. But if we put this to naught then what kind of impression are we giving to our paying customers.
