Floyd's Famous Bbq - Iloilo

We really love their food; it's both affordable and delicious, especially the chicken and the cheerful burger steak. I hope they consider franchising in Bacolod!

The food didn't look very appetizing. I had expected them to have more experience in the industry. On a positive note, the atmosphere is quite lovely for those who want some solitude or a quiet place to study.

The BBQ chicken and pork are excellent, but the country-style chicken has declined in quality. There's too much breading and not enough meat. Additionally, some tables aren't being cleaned and cleared promptly, which suggests they might be understaffed.

Food is more or less okay, but service only so-so They could do a lot better, but will they? Service was much better more than a year ago, but has been declining... it also means food quality is also not what it used to be.

Floyd's Famous BBQ Delgado suggested they will give us a refund of our money after we returned the 1 fried chicken meal we ordered 4x due to a **** chicken, rice with scouring pad thread and the replacement rice too had human hair in it. Yes, we did get a refund after more/less 3 minutes of waiting for a 3rd replacement of the rice that they never served.
