Kfc - Iloilo

Services are great. Clean and organize place, utensils are well organize as well with unli gravings. Furnitures are great. But the food, its not well cooked, i didn't even enjoyed my food because the inside of the chicken is still redish! I ended up living it in my table and change to another fastfood

Got 2 small chicken parts for a 2-pc chicken meal; Understaffed

Alright for a quick lunch. Could get crowded during actual lunch.

None of the establishments adhered to the health protocols. Everyone waited patiently for a long time while maintaining strict physical distance. I can only suggest that improvements be made.

The constant bustle of people at this restaurant is a testament to its brilliance. I absolutely love the unlimited gravy at KFC. I hope they can expand their space so more people can enjoy dining at KFC in SM City. The fries are fantastic, but I do wish they were a bit less oily.
