This is such a lovely restaurant set among gardens and ponds with flamingos) on the outskirts of Faenza. The service was outstanding! The food was creatively presented and delicious. The team went out of their way to make this a special anniversary dinner and even helped me arrange flowers and candles for our table. I highly recommend this for a special dinner.

Immersed in this fantastic park with flamingos that make it master, there is the pink flamingo. the structure remains in a large villa, but an independent sitting. what to say, welcome, food and professionalism as a star. exquisite food, well maintained and well explained. the chosen path made us go back to try other menus. Good.

We celebrated our wedding here in August and everything went for the best: wonderful location, great menu and super professional and nice waiters. an unforgettable day, thank you for everything! We'll definitely come back.

The restaurant is located inside the large park of a villa, and it is not just immediate, some more visible indication would be useful. Beautiful and elegant, once you reach you can only describe it like this. The menu includes various options of degotation, equal for all the table's menus, as well as the canonical choice of dishes. Before the dishes indicated by us, there were offers well in, presented masterfully (like all the dishes of the evening,) that made us slowly understand the idea of cuisine of the restaurant. we enjoyed the mini-taco and the shoe made with the “sponge” of algae. Coming to our choices, without stretching too much, we found the tartare of special beef, the delicate and tasty mazzancolla and the amazing eel. The milk pig's belly simply superlative. All accompanied by homemade baked products, oil and salted butter to leave without words. The desserts (also preceded by a variety of sweet anticipations) were definitely up to date. The wine list is very wide and of very high quality, we have left the choice of accompanying glasses to the staff of the room (young, prepared and attentive) and we have been absolutely satisfied. The account is in line with the pleasure of the evening. Great respect for antiCovid regulations. Using already heard words, the splendid setting contains a restaurant that manages to make a bold combinations present in its menu, the real culinary works. To try again in autumn-winter version.
