Bob's Drive-in - Imperial

I arrived at 7:30 hoping to grab a burger, but I was informed that the grill was closed. Why promote business hours if you're not serving during those times? Additionally, I couldn’t order a drink, even though there was an alcohol menu displayed outside. The staff denied me both a burger and a drink during normal operating hours. I went out of my way to visit this place and left feeling extremely disappointed. I won’t be returning.

We ordered two banana splits and three shakes/concretes tonight. It's usually slow service, but this time they forgot to include the bananas, strawberries, and pineapples in the banana splits. Instead, we only received vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup, nuts, and two cherries. I tried to call and inform them about the mistake, but no one answered. I'm quite disappointed! Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 4.

I ordered takeout for dinner, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The food was exceptional, deserving a perfect rating of 5. The service was equally impressive, earning another 5. However, the atmosphere, while decent, was just average with a rating of 3. If you're looking for recommendations, I highly suggest trying the hamburger and the double cheeseburger, both of which were delicious. Don't miss out on the fries—they're a must-have! The price per person falls between $50 and $100, but it's absolutely worth it for the quality of the meal.

Absolutely terrible service and food. I just spent nearly $30 on two burgers that were dry and flat, and the bacon looked days old, along with fries, mac and cheese bites, and a shake. After we received our burgers and fries at the drive-thru, we waited another 5-10 minutes while the staff, mostly teenagers, stood around chatting. Eventually, they realized they needed to make our concrete (with toppings just piled on top) and then remembered they had forgotten our fried mac and cheese bites, which had been sitting on the counter the whole time in a bag. Those were burnt and excessively salty. I won’t be returning; we had been here before, and the food was great, but this time it seemed like the employees just didn’t care about service. It was really disappointing—are there no adults supervising these kids?

I definitely wouldn't recommend this place! There were too many teenagers working, and they forgot my fries. It took 45 minutes for my chicken sandwich, and despite asking for mayo, lettuce, and tomato, it came plain. Also, the fries were way too salty.
