Brigantine Seafood Oyster

Although we were seated right away, the service was quite slow, and we ended up having to ask for plates after our appetizers were served. The restaurant wasn't even that busy. After a long day, we were really hungry, and waiting longer to eat our food after it arrived was frustrating. The oysters were disappointing, and the salmon had no flavor. The tortillas from the tacos fell apart immediately. The portions were small, and everything felt overpriced. We spent nearly $300 and only enjoyed the risotto. Overall, I can only recommend this place for drinks at sunset if you can find outdoor seating.

The waitress mentioned she could prepare new drinks with less ice, but they would come with an additional charge. We then spoke with the manager and let her decide how to resolve the situation. She informed us that this is how the drinks are typically served. As we were leaving, we noticed a credit on our bill, which we appreciated, but it still feels wrong to try to scam customers like this! I wonder if it’s even legal to serve a drink full of ice and call it a cocktail. With prices like $14 each and so many customers, this practice is simply unacceptable!

I had an incredible experience enjoying delicious seafood and drinks while watching a stunning sunset by the coast. The atmosphere wasn’t too crowded, and the staff was truly outstanding. If you’re ever near Imperial Beach, you must visit this place! Food: 5/5

Great beer menu. Finally a restaurant that offers Ambers and is not focused on IPAs. Also, fabulous Brunch. Order the Coconut Crusted French Toast or the Steak Oscar. Two thumbs up. Great view, great service. Totally happy and dog friendly Food: 5/5
