Elephant Express - Incheon

Almost same taste PAD Thai with Bangkok.So~ delicious and very cheap !!

I've been longing to try Thai cuisine, lo and behold, I finally found a Thai fast food in Robinsons Las Piñas. I initially had chicken pad thai (159 php) and crab rangoon (75 php) but because I wanted to taste the pad see ew (159 php), I had to order it as well. As you can see, I ordered twice the crab rangoon because it is just so delicious! I especially liked the combination of the crispiness and the creamy texture of it. Not bad for a fast food chain. You can find Elephant Express by the foodcourt area. ????

I had their shrimp pad thai for lunch today. I found the taste quite overwhelming, which sounds odd for a dish that's as simple as pad thai. The parsley should have been chopped more finely since the huge chunks made the taste too overpowering for my liking.

Got to try their Garlic Pepper Chicken, and Sweet Soy Tofu with Egg Solo Rice Meals. I liked their Garlic Pepper Chicken, the sauce was Teriyaki and the chicken was tender. I'm not that fan of tofu's that's why I didn't try the tofu one.

Pretty good Thai resto. Was pleasantly surprised. My friend had the pad thai and she really liked it. The Thai iced tea with grass jelly was also good, but there was too much ice the sweet flavor got drowned out. My friend’s Thai iced tea had the same problem. Dinala nalang sa yelo imbis sa masarap na lasa.
