China Wok - Independence

I initially had a great experience at this restaurant; the staff was very friendly. I ordered egg foo young, but things took a turn when I got home and tried to add some sauce. It was overly salty. I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, and while the staff member acknowledged that the sauce was salty, he refused to offer a solution, such as a replacement. I don’t care how many positive reviews this place has received; because of this experience, I will not be returning. This was my first and last visit. I would advise against going late in the evening, as you might end up with something subpar and have no way to communicate your concerns until the next day. My wife enjoys Chinese food, but we’ll just wait until my regular restaurant is open again.

Always delightful! I indulge in Chinese cuisine about once a month, and this is my favorite place to visit!

The shrimp egg foo young is outstanding, but the combo fried rice was quite disappointing—lacking flavor and containing very little meat. I'll definitely return just for the egg foo young!

I'm pretty sure there was some sort of altercation happening in the back, and the food was just mediocre.
