Chipotle Mexican Grill - Independence

They get their order wrong every time, and last time we have ordered that I return twice for them to correct the order! another problem is the rice is literally crispy because it is so understated. I have never been as frustrated in a facility in my 46-year-old existence as this chipotle. if they cannot produce rice or complete a simple printed order, they must close until the company can bring at least one competent employee.

Might have been one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle. Not counting for the fact that there was a very large order ahead of us that took the staff quite some time to get together, they also were prepping online orders before taking care of the folks standing in line in the store. I ordered a chicken bowl, with black beans, and fajita, corn salsa, and lettuce. Was told that the store was out of beans. I asked if they were just waiting for more and the employee just took the next order and ignored me. So I am assuming the store was just completely out of beans on a Friday night. The employees all had an air of just don't care. The final straw moment for us when we went to grab our utensils, we only saw spoons in each holder. So I went to the checkout counter to ask for a fork and the employee told me they don't have any and walked away. So this is a Chipotle on a Friday evening that has no pinto or black beans and no forks to speak of. This just speaks to a lack of planning and management of this restaurant. Would probably not visit this specific location again.

I wish I had an option for zero stars because that's how I would rate this Chipotle. This is by far the worst Chipotle I have been to. I ordered my food far ahead of time and when I got there it was still not ready. Not only that, I waited around 45 minutes and STILL they were not done. I spent my entire lunch waiting for a lunch I never received. I did not even get my order. I will never be back here. I advise for everyone to stay away, especially from online ordering.

Literally always have the worst experience with Chipotle whether pickup or delivery but this was THE absolute WORST experience ever. Whomever on the crew thought it was okay to put all the quesadilla toppings in a bowl together, okay.. but then to put the quesadilla ON TOP of wet toppings….unacceptable. The guac also had nothing but avocados in it. Pepper doesn’t help resolve anything. So done with this company. Quality has gone down the drain.

Not all Chipotles are the same. The independence is excellent.
