Place was ok, but the approach was a lot to lick and the place was just kind of lack of shine, people were nice, but that's honest.

They were here twice last month and love the mood, but the service was terrible. I love it that it is never awfully busy and price is good and overall vibe, but my biggest problem was the bartender / Waitress and I use these terms loose. Both times I went with a big group and both times this woman annoyed numerous members of the group. Last night, when we left, she gave one of our friends free refills to Soda and accused another friend three times every time they got the same soda. She doesn't know how to make drinks, including things on her menu? Customer service was missing when last time we had a problem with food, they just shruged and the manager never apologized, but he made a new batch of the food we had a problem with. Every time we have ordered everything they gave each person a different price and had a terrible attitude overall. Really believe that this place could be great with the right staff, but it must go.

Pros: This place has a really cool mood and expanded with a really cool pool space. MOST of staff is very friendly. Cons: Lanes are not well held because the business drops, so it is not a place to take your Pro ball. The GM is tired of its job and not customer-friendly, so avoid it and have a casual good time.

This place is amazing! We have come several times. Three times was us and our 16-year-old boys and then two were birthdays and us tlcelebrating with close family and one was a huge event where we invited everyone for one of my fiance's big birthdays. They have things for kids, an arcade, the little dinosaur things for the smaller kids to bowl on and then they're great for adult parties, especially with the cocktails as well. We had about 20 people and they easily took care of us and we had a great time. They let you reserve lanes and even have party rooms you can reserve in the back. We got to bring cupcakes and a few decorations for one of the birthdays that was the larger party. It is extremely reasonable on prices. We were even able to order appetizers and food. Great staff and great little find, we love it here!

What a fun place. Plenty of room and lots to do. The staff was great.
