Ihop - Independence

The food was excellent, but I had an issue with the waitress. She rushed me and shot me dirty looks, even though she complimented my partner on his nice eyes. I didn't let it bother me, but it was frustrating that she was rude to me for no apparent reason. Food rating: 4/5.

I had a disappointing experience at this IHOP on October 22nd. My family and I arrived and were willing to wait, which was fine. We waited for about 10 minutes, but then two other families who came in after us were seated before us. I understand that it's first-come, first-served, and it seems like they need to work on their customer service. If they want to attract and retain customers, they need to do better in treating all guests fairly. I will think twice before returning to this location.

Visited this location on Saturday. We were pleased with *almost every aspect. Food was phenomenal; hot and delicious! We ended up with a bum server, Jaidyn, who snuck off to the bathroom in avoidance and forgot multiple times when we asked for refills. The other servers on staff that day deserve a medal! They were picking up the slack and serving us when it wasn't even their job. I would go again as long as we didn't get the same server.

The staff were welcoming, understanding, and helpful. They checked all ingredients to prepare an allergy safe meal and provided an awesome deal for my daughter's 5th birthday. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: Awesome sprinkle pancakes and they let my kids pour their own sprinkles.They also have an awesome Halloween deal coming up.Dietary restrictions: Checked all ingredients and took the time to provide another safe option instead of just saying they don't have anything.

We got there I'm waiting to be seated for over 30 minutes and no one ever came I guess it's a bad time to go up there around 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. It's not like it was super busy but I guess the management or whoever had a lot going on didn't have the time to seat us
