Feedback gevenJanuary 10, 2021. Little Blue, independent. My typical experience at IHOP has been disappointing, often with burnt food that tastes like it was made in a hurry—definitely not enjoyable. However, this time, the service from the hostess, our waitress, and all the staff was outstanding. They made sure all our needs were met. The cook did an excellent job that day. The eggs were perfect, the buttermilk biscuit was grilled beautifully, and the breakfast potatoes were crispy and delicious. Since COVID, restaurants seem to be offering more while charging less! I left feeling full and satisfied without spending a fortune.
My only issue, which often keeps me from frequenting IHOP, is the prices. It feels a bit overwhelming when you're charged $3.09 for a soda and $3.49 for a glass of milk. I paid around $12 for a chicken sandwich and fries, and even steakhouses have more competitive pricing than that. I understand if some might say to stop complaining and not return, and that’s fair. However, small adjustments could significantly improve customer retention. At least I can say that I gave them a chance. I wish IHOP the best in the future.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant on November 30th around 10 PM, just a few hours before closing. It was my first time visiting this location, and I was impressed by the fast-paced service. I ordered mozzarella sticks and the buffalo patty melt sandwich, which is a new addition to the menu. When I presented my Groupon voucher, the gentleman with glasses was very efficient in applying my discount. My only concern was that an older couple walked in with a small dog as I was leaving, and they went inside the restaurant to eat with it.
The waitress was incredibly friendly and allowed us plenty of time to decide before taking our order. The food arrived promptly, and her upbeat demeanor felt completely genuine. I would definitely recommend this place!
The staff was exceptionally friendly. Although they were out of bananas and onion rings, they were very helpful in suggesting alternative options. The service was quick, and the quality was great. The restrooms were clean, but the men's restroom lacked a changing table for children.
