Mcdonald's - Independence

Got 2 vanilla shakes and a large Fry. The shakes were soupy and the fries were SOGGY. Worst stop of the day. A total waste

Nice McDonald's. Drive through was double lane and staff was friendly. Food was on par for a standard McD.

Order a cheeseburger meal, literally just 2 cheeseburgers and fries, and you still somehow forget the fries.

Well, my husband and I are not regular McDonald's attendees, but we were on an adventure. I ordered a Big Mac, my husband ordered a double cheeseburger.My Big Mac had a bun, meat, bun, lettuce, special sauce, cheese, meat, bun. Strick out! Forgot everything first layer. Very dry and just rearranged the burger to get food.My husband's double cheeseburger, no pickles, had pickles. Which saturated his bread making his sandwich taste like pickles even after he picked them off.Fabulous service up front!

Visited 11/5/2023 at 645pm. Employees were singing and yelling so loudly that I could not even hear my kids that were trying to talk to me at the same table as me. I was charged for a medium size fry, which I didn't order, but received, so I didn't say anything, because I did not have the confidence that anyone would know how to refund my money. Employees started swearing while singing and yelling, which I don't appreciate around my children. I don't swear around them, what makes you think its ok to do it at your place of employment around them? Then I looked into the kitchen and there was more than 1 employee eating French fries while standing around the bagging area. Last time I checked, this is a health code violation. I didn't notice until after we ate...... restrooms smell terrible, tables and soda machine area is filthy...... im beyond disgusted. For as much as fast Food costs now, I can go to a family Friendly restaurant and pay the same amount and not have to put up with this disrespect and they will get my order correct.Someone needs to get control of these very disrespectful children that work here and explain the value of a customer.Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly environment- swearing and setting the example to my impressionable 10 year old that it is ok to act this way while working is 100% not acceptable. At least I got the opportunity to explain to my children that your actions were wrong .
