Take-out order wasn't ready and couldn't leave my handicapped person in a hot car to wait. Asked to cancel since the order was not even started, they had to get the manager and then they didn't credit the tip that was on my credit card. I didn't notice till I took care of my person. How nice they kept a tip for doing NOTHING. Never going there again.

Burgers weren't cooked to request (i.e. well done) for multiple guests in our party. Fries were terribly soggy and undercooked. Women's restroom appeared to not been cleaned in a week with urine clearly on the floor.

Whole they are good, they are not what they are charging good.
