Feedback gevenI just ordered a Strawberry cheesecake shake. I took a few bites and it was all plain vanilla ice cream with grahamcracker crumbs and cherry. So I hit the button and told them that I thought I got the wrong one because there wasn 't any strawberry in it. He got a huge attitude about it and said yes there was because I made it So I stirred it up and didn 't see literally any strawberry at all and took another bite to see if I was just crazy (the little teeny tiny bit of red on the side of the cup and on top of the bit of whipped cream is from the cherry). So I told him that and he continued arguing and being rude and finally said do you just want a cup of strawberry acting like I was being a huge problem. So I told him I didn 't want anything else since he was acting like it was such a big deal. And he just said okay then went away. I didn 't even want my money back or anything for free. I just wanted what I ordered but apparently that was a really big problem and way too much to ask.
This is not the closest Sonic to my house but I think this might be my new default sonic. My food order was right. My drink order was right. I didn't have to wait f*o*r*e*v*e*r or remind anyone that I existed. Lunch came out promptly and deliciously. I was so, so pleased and so was my kiddo who had her first taste of cherry sprite. All around super fun little stop off on the way to a doctor's appointment.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. This location has gone downhill! It seems every time I go it 's a staff of teenagers who clearly don 't care about the customer. One girl asks you to repeat yourself multiple times on the simplest order giving the impression she isn 't even paying attention, and the girl who took my order today didn 't repeat back what I ordered so when I clarified she agreed that 's what she put the order in as. I explained that she confused me because she read it back different and she said ....ok? Is that all? (I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and it didn 't have bacon on it. I look at the receipt and she rang it up as a regular double. The girl at the window screamed obnoxiously loud as if I was 10 feet away from her and acted like she 'd rather be anywhere else. I will not be going back even though it 's the closest Sonic to my house. Management needs to clean house and hire some respectful people that actually listen and care about the customers. EDIT 4/26/22 My kids wanted ice cream so we ordered for delivery. Their shakes were completely wrong, they ordered brownie batter and got Oreo, also got a kids meal burger and paid extra to add cheese. We didn 't get the cheese and it had ketchup, mustard, and pickles when we wanted only cheese. Our order wasn 't difficult. What does it take to hire polite people that actually pay attention and do the job correct? It 's being overran by disrespectful teens that don 't have customer service skills nor reading skills apparently. Management and corporate do nothing about these issues it seems. Shameful.
We Started going to Sonic to get ice cream because our go to dairy Queen failed big time!! 3 times going to dairy queen the blizzards we're so soft they couldn't flip them over like they were known for! It was more like a shake! Lucky for my husband and I sonic has amazing icecream and their blasts are fantastic and the way they should be. I just wish they had a couple more additions to their blasts. Maybe turtle pecan? Or Heath! Just a suggestion! Great place, friendly service!
We ordered the cinnamon snacks and some other food. They didn?t give us the sauce for the cinnamon snacks. We ordered online for pick up and i work at the sonic in Buckner and sonic is supposed to read the Order name for pick up or whatever food the person got. He did neither his name was Madison. and on top of that he almost spilt the drink on my boyfriends lap.
