Square Pizza - Independence

Horrible staff that don't care when they say they forgot your order and then proceed to make you wait a hour still not to get it

05/04/2024 Made an order at 430pm. I was told it was ok to pick up at 630pm. Long story short, they forgot my order and said it would be ready in 15 minutes and 30 minutes later, which is 7 pm. still no pizza . Wasted my time and my effort of proper planning. Never even got a chance to taste your pizza and mostly likely won't because of this .

The only thing I can rate is the service as the guy said the lobby closes at 8, even though it 's not mentioned anywhere. So I drove 20 minutes arriving at 7:56pm to a place that closes at 9 to be told to go only.

Pizza was hot a fresh, toppings were great but i didn’t care for the crust at all. The restaurant was very clean and had awesome historical photos on the wall.

My crew and I came in at an inopportune time recently, and the crew took great care of us despite being slightly understaffed at a busy time. Steven, Jaime, and Jasper made sure we were taken care of, that our order was correct, and were pleasant throughout! If you're looking to support local, small business, this is the spot! The pizza is always stellar, and you'll never still be hungry on your way out the door.
