Taco Bell - Independence

Spent $40 on eating late at night (approx. 1:00) (more on the door dash than tb) and they forgot my gfs taco and made their gordita normal instead of fried beaning. it can literally not eat bark without allergic reaction; happy I spend every week money for her to order the half of my order every time I spend money here. Not to mention that the manager at the time “Jessica” was clear her variety and said: “I don’t know how they mess up substitute refried for beef” I either don’t know, but they at least work there, I have no saying about quality control there. super hit-oder-miss, probably continue to drive to another tb.

For the oldest location the restraunt is still great. the manager was very attentive to details and very friendly! the service was fast. best position in independence!

They will not serve anyone who is not in the car at night! not even if they go outside to take a break, or a phone call, or to pick up (yes, right!!!! I told the guy I would give myself my money after home, I just wanted 2 tacos, I chased her! I have to let you know, I'm on crutches with a broken horse bone and I've changed 3 blocks for this Taco bell tactical! and he says no to me?! I think this is the most rude, unpredictable and unrespectful taco bell I have ever been and I will never go back to this! Not even if it were the last one!

I've had my fair share of disappointing experiences with Taco Bell, but not this location. It's like entering a different dimension of Taco Bell—everything here is consistently great!

I was able to order at the drive-thru, pay the cashier, and receive my food all in just 7 minutes. The staff were friendly. Food: 5/5.
