Wendy's - Independence

This restaurant in Independence stands out for its exceptional customer service, fresh food, and speedy service. The employees are always friendly and polite when I visit the drive-thru. I've had negative experiences with other food chains in the area, but this place is definitely my go-to.

The opposite was nice and friendly. eating came hot and ready

We had chili, that was a little sharp for me. cheese and acidic sawn added. my wife had grilled chickenasiago ranch and she had no complaints. the fries were hot and crispy with the fanta orange soda plentiful. a big one was a hurensohn.

I typically adore this unique restaurant. I'm not sure if they were closed for the day or not, but they were not at their best today. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean when we arrived. We were welcomed at the door, which was a positive. Unfortunately, they were only accepting cash as their credit card machines were not working. That wasn't a major issue, as the overall quality was still good. However, the service was lacking. The biggest downside was that the French fries were cold. I hate to say it, but it was disappointing.

I visited Wendy's multiple times last week, only to find that they were always closed. I later discovered that they had not put up a sign instructing customers to use the other door on the opposite side. Since then, they have put up a sign addressing this issue. I was frustrated that they were not open when, in reality, the other door was accessible. I wish they had put up a sign earlier to prevent this confusion. I even called them to express my frustration.
