I cannot recommend this hotel. I came after a week after pucallpa im amazonas and thought I could rest here after some positive reviews. in my arrival there was no hot water. I addressed the problem with the receptor who asked me to wait an hour. an hour later no water! They then move me into another room in the fifth floor next to the super loud road, not yet hot water. the next day I wake up and of course not a hot water yet and the elevator is now out of operation. I told the recipeist that I wanted to check out and move with hot showers into a hotel, she said that she couldn't reimburse me in the second night, as I had already paid. despite the renewed raising of the question of hot water nothing has been done. this type of price to pay for this place is a total exhaustion and despite the fact that the personal was courteously not taken any measures to fix the problem. stay somewhere else.

Excellent customer services. employees are helpful. easy access and foot to everything. 10 minutes from the airport.
