Domino's Pizza - Indian Land

This was my first time trying Papa John's and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I ordered the thin crust pizza with extra cheese and found it to be tasteless and not worth the price. The crust tasted like a thin cracker and I felt that frozen pizza from the grocery store tasted better. The only positive aspects were that the brownie was alright and the staff was friendly. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

The pizza at this place is decent, but what keeps me coming back is the outstanding staff! There is a young man and a young woman who are always there, and they are the best! They always remember me when I come in and greet me with a smile and a friendly attitude. Seeing them truly brightens my day every time!

Our order arrived missing the main large pizza. After spending over an hour trying to resolve the issue by calling the store and being transferred between an answering service, we were hung up on 7 times. When we called back, we were asked to pay for the missing pizza that we had already paid for. Frustrated, we requested a refund, but were transferred to customer service where we were left on hold for another 20 minutes before giving up. We used to order from Papa John's every month, but will not be doing so again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered from this location so many times. I?m a very loyal customer, that orders almost every week. Today they decided to cancel my order an hour after I had placed it. They sent me an email to let me knowthat they did this, and did not provide any reason why. I?m extremely frustrated. So when I try to call the location to figureout why they canceled it, they never pick up the phone. I understand being short staffed, but this is unacceptable for anycommercial business. I will be ordering my pizza from anywhere else but here. Don?t waste your time!!!

Shocked at these reviews. I?ve ordered from this store probably 6-7 times within the last couple years. I?ve never had an issue and the employees have always been super courteous. Just ordered now and the guy was very friendly and polite. Pizza is goodtoo?
