Biscuitville - Indian Trail

This location is going down hill on quality if you want people to support your business then when customers come give them good food. I can guarantee 2 visits like mine will cost you customers. Grits not fully cooked but salty and sooo much butter eeewww. Not good food and that's what I came for. Drive 40 min round trip in the cold to come back home and eat cereal. Waffle didn't even have sauce on it, dry nasty. I'm done with Biscuitville. More like Nastyville

Awful. Sauce, slaw, and pickle made the biscuit soggy, and masked the steak flavor. Hash brown was burned.

I am a breakfast fanatic (especially biscuits) and let me tell you, this place hits the mark perfectly. The biscuits here were all SO good, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Adding to that, the staff was extra friendly (think Chick-fil-A levels) and the service was quick. Can't wait to come back here and bring more people next time!

We're leaving Carowinds and everyone wanted to stop in Biscuitville. It was 11:30 in the morning, Sunday, 4 December. Place was floating! We went in and it didn't take long before we could place our order even though it was really busy. We ordered and received a ticket. We didn't take so much space and our name was called. I started making my way forward and was met by an employee who wears both dishes of food. I confirmed the name on the ticket and the employee confirmed it to be correct. He wore both bowls on the table and told us to enjoy. Not only was EVERYTHING right, but what should be hot was HOT and items that should be cold were indeed. The order was 100% correct and EVERYTHING was just as he was ordered. The coffee in the beverage area was fresh. The spices were all in stock to utensils and napkins. I went to the counter and thank the employee who took our order and gave them our thanks. The restaurant was clean and tidy fashion. The tables were actively cleaned and sanitized and there was no single waste that either did not tend or tend to. The staff behind the counter we ALL very friendly and all wore reasonable clothes to hair net together with facial hair net. The toilets were all well equipped, floors cleaned, waste container visited and the water from the sink was hot for employees according to DHEC standards to wash with before they return to work. It's really nice to see that there are still places to take care of.

It's not a waffle, it's a cookie that was halved in the shape of a waffle. The cheesecake with a waffle and it was the worst cheesecake I ever had. It was very wet and loose and extremely sweet. The spicy maple syrup I was excited about is literally just pancake syrup that added hot sauce, and the lady who gave me my food asked me my name and then just shoved it on me and I didn't let her say bye or nothing at all when I told her she turned around and looked at me like I was crazy. That was the first time I ever had eaten there and it will be the last. I should have kept the $30 in my pocket.
