Domino's Pizza - Indian Trail

Worst service ever; we will NEVER be buying pizza from here again. We were given a 60-80 minute window for our delivery. After 2 hours (way more than enough time) we called to see where the pizza was. We were told it was cooked but waiting on a driver tobring it. They couldn't tell us how long that would be. We asked to speak with the manager, but he wouldn?t even speak to us.Horrible customer service.

It took over an hour to get our pizza. We ordered online was given time, and still had to wait 30 minutes after our pick up time. The staff needs to work, instead of standing there talking.

This place is awful and a complete dumpster fire. Ive ordered on numerous occasions and each experiance is worse and worse. It often takes well over 2 hours to get your delivery no mattet what day or time you order. Sometimes they dont even deliver it tothe correct address. Much like tonite when it took over 3 hours to recieve confirmation that my pizza was delivered only to findout it really wasnt. Sadly wasnt surprised at all. My main issue is the way my wife was spoken too on the phone by somecondescending male with no customer service experiance at all. I am tired of this dominoes taking my money and never deliveringthe product then catching attitude from every employee i speak to. I would never recomend this location to anyone. I sincerelyhope this location closes down. I will be calling corporate tommorow.

Ordered 2 med pizzas chicken Alfredo and Cesar salad. Said Bout 30 40 min. I paid with credit card. After 1 hr I called. They said they had no record of my order but my card was charged $40. They would not deliver food though they took my money. Took 4days for them to replace my money. If they had no record how did they take my money??? I will never again order from them. Nypizza and pasta will always get my business but they were closed .the only reason I ordered Is had company from out of town.Never again will domino's get my business.plus person on phone hung up on me. Stay away from domino's

I had a awesome experience at this location! Ever since they recently hired a new General manager, Sam, the food just seems better and I got the best service I have ever gotten from here. Thanks, will definitely order from here more often!
