Scooter's Coffee - Indian Trail

They turned me down with my birthday coupon for a free drink. I got it through my email and it said ?print? to get the offer. Well they didn?t accept because it didn?t have a barcode which the email didn?t even have. Will I go back to this place? Never. If this is how they serve their customers, no matter how great their coffee is, I don?t care anymore

It's not this location, it's an overall rating for the scooter chain locations. The coffee sucks. Tastes like my 8 year old brewed it at home. I gave it a try with at least 5 different coffee drinks. Regular coffee, latte, triple espresso shot, dark roast. Their coffee beans they use have no great notes of anything. The first time I had a regular large coffee it tasted like coffee flavored cream. It's really hard to pickup on the coffee scent with whatever they use.... I'm surprised and confused.

Went to scooters for the first time, love finding coffee shops that offer different flavors other than the ones at Starbucks and dunkin. This location was great. The girl at the window was super sweet and our coffee was delicious.

I have had several good experiences at this Scooter?s location. The frozen drinks and smoothies are blended really well and smooth, the espresso drinks come with 3 shots vs. the typical 2 at other coffee shops, the service has always been quick and friendly. The people who gave negative reviews are just fussy and had a gripe that?s particular to them and not a reflection of this establishment overall.

I normally don?t write reviews but I was disappointed in my experience being that I frequent this location 3-4 times a week. I work at an office behind this location and was told by my coworkers that they were giving free drinks to our employees as they all had one(6-7 employees). I went over to grab a drink and was told that I was able to get a drink only if I had a work badge. Unfortunately my employer doesn?t provide badges to ANY of the employees. I then stated that no one who works there has one and then stated that she recognized them. I said wow I?m a manager there and she then states ?oh well I don?t go there!?. I still paid for my drink with a smile, but ironically I?m the only employee who visits there regularly and I actually told the rest of the employees about their coffee because I enjoy their menu. I?m not one to play THAT game but there was only one difference between me and them?Two stars because she was sweet about it I guess lol but I had to share my experience.
