Feedback gevenI attempted to place a catering order with just 21 hours advance notice instead of the required 24 hours. I called their catering line and was told of the 24 hour requirement and when I asked if I could place smaller individual orders, the representative hung up on me. Customer service at its finest!
We ordered and they did not cancel the order when they didn’t have the items. And then the food they did have they made wrong. Offered us free chips and salsa that expired that same night. Phone line also does not work. A pretty disappointing experience.
Order was $18 and get charged $30 and they can't do anything about it? Thieves
The crew at this franchise do an excellent job. Best of the Pittsburgh area franchises.
This place has steadily gotten worse in terms of service the last 2 year. In the last 6 months I've had 4 online orders that were totally wrong. Today I waited 20minutes past the stated pickup time only to get someone else's order.
