Fox's Pizza Den - Indiana

I ordered food on Wednesday feb 7th paid with an American express card. Had zero complaints pizza was excellent. But tonight i ordered the champ supreme pizza and when i got the pizza this time it wasnt even close to the same size pizza i ordered last time. My last one was sqare shaped this pizza was round and much smaller but the reciept still charged me for a champ pizza. I called spoked to a female manager who claimed she couldnt locate my privious order with my phone number or my credit card number. Issue wasnt resolved i gave up no point in trying to argue with a manager who wouldnt hear u out . Kept asking if i was sure it was the philly street location kept asking if my phone number was correct when its the only number i have. Just very poor customer service from a manager and a customer whos pizza was not correct. The pizza was good dont get me wrong but was not a champ . Ive bought plenty of champs i know how they come and thats the reason i keep buying them

Really good pizza. Sometimes they don’t feel like delivering within the 5 mile radius.

Surprisedly good.. I have eaten fox's pizza before in other areas and other states and I have normally not been a fan. However, the flavor was good at this particular place. The sauce and crust were very good and the pizza was hot. Good job

Really unprofessional. Order was nearly $100, arrived over 2 HOURS later, food had foil all through it (driver was nice). Called SEVERAL times, speaking to a rude woman identifying herself as the assistant manager, saying the manager would call...never did. This is after giving them a 2nd chance from a dine in experience...staff's children threw dough balls all over the floor and at us. Staff came out shouting and swearing at them. Never tried to make anything right and chose to completely avoid us.

Italian wedgies were burnt and mostly lettuce, zero flavor, except lettuce.
