Bru Burger Keystone - Indianapolis

We were seated in a booth across from a very big party...apparently some kind of a team with their parents...all the kids on one end and parents enjoying themselves on the other. It was very noisy, kids getting up and down, and causing it to be difficult to hear conversation at our table. The large group also required a lot of service, which meant the wait staff was overworked. Additionally, my patty melt, that was ordered medium rare had no grilled onions, ridiculously sparce sauce on the white bread and a burned burger. The waitress did remove this charge from our bill...but I would have rather have had a delicious patty melt. Wait staff was doing their best...but overall the experience was not very enjoyable.

As usual everything was perfect. This location has the best manager— always greets us with a big, welcoming smile and accommodates our request for a round table. He's always circulating ensuring everyone is taken care of. Julian was our server and he did an outstanding job making certain our quirky food requests were addressed— in addition to keeping the water glasses full. Food was delicious— and we will definitely return!

The salmon on my salad was burnt. I asked for another and when the manager brought it to me my husband had already finished his dinner. ?

Always enjoy my time at BRU. Food was excellent and bread pudding did not disappoint. Our server brought the check before asking about dessert.

Good food, good selection. I have an onion allergy and asked not to have onions on my burger, still came with them on, is what it is, not upset. Easy fix. Good food
