Never entered order then entered wrong order. Sat for an hour with no food

Loved it. Would for sure go again. Waiter was very nice.

They were way understaffed on a game night. The place was filthy and the wait for other people was very unreasonable. The portions were meager, our appetizer looked as if someone had eaten half of it while it sat under heat lamps for ten minutes.

Okay, so our 16-year-old daughter loves this place and says that mom dad we can go to buffalo wild wings. Okay, so we're about 6:30 not too busy. So we go to our table waiting takes our order, we get our thoughts, the music is kind of loud, but as everyone gets louder, the music becomes louder and louder. I understand it's a sporty one. So we get our eat my daughter and my own get the shimmer my man get the chicken sandwich. So I'm going to the mozzarella stick, it's not even hot that no cheese comes when I hit it. okay, so I put it down and go super dry for a wing. now, as my daughter comes the waitress so and we tell her she says, okay I'll get the manager so he comes over offers to make her sure that's good. So she comes back and goes on to say that they were slow and they wanted to send people home and how the cooks don't work there. so she remake it and then she was not happy with it, so that she was 10.00 of both samplers. so idk when we are back, it was a very bad experience for our first visit

I wish I could remember the names of the server; young man who has been shocked all the time. we hardly get decent service, but this guy went over and beyond! wings were excellent
