The only place I could get a grilled cheese!! So happy!!!!

Service was good, but my BBQ chicken sandwich was so tough I could hardly eat it. The chicken was so hard to chew I spat most of it out but I was starving and didn't have time on my work lunch break to get anything else. I think maybe the chicken just got overcooked, it all tasted good I just couldn't chew it

The cashier (an overweight white male) was on his cell phone the entire 15 minutes I was standing there waiting on my order. Didn’t wash his hands not once. His attitude was nonchalant and gave that he didn’t want to be there. I had to repeat my order because he wasn’t listening. When my order came up in the window, I looked only to see a man licking and sucking his fingers eating fries. Lastly I asked for my order to go. They gave it to me in a dine in tray. I asked for a to go container and he offered me a tiny box and said sorry this is all I can do. I absolutely never write bad reviews for any place. I usually just decide not to return but this place needed to be exposed. I hope anyone who dines here has a strong stomach because my food (which was cold fresh out) definitely had me gagging and went in the trash. Don’t let the fancy designs of the hall make you think you’re getting great food! Please get some new employees that aren’t disgusting.

Maybe the worst cheeseburger and French fries that I have ever eaten. I requested my fries to be extra crispy and they came out cold and almost not done. The cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp. My first time at the Garage Hall and not a good first impression. I would highly recommend eating elsewhere.

Chicken nuggets were raw. I went to return them and they didn’t apologize or say anything. I waited for around 10 minutes and they just threw the same nuggets back in the fryer and burned all of them. Staff was not friendly at all.
