Cunningham Group - Indianapolis

The Cunningham Restaurant Group now mandates that all servers and staff be fully vaccinated or undergo weekly COVID tests at their own expense. This policy goes against our medical and general freedoms in America, the land of the free and the home of the brave. I will not be dining at any Cunningham restaurant in the future.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, but their digital customer service needs improvement. I have never encountered such rude communication in my life. Due to the incredibly disrespectful and unpleasant treatment I received, I will not be returning to their establishments. This is the first one-star review I have ever left and I am extremely disappointed.

Yesterday, my experience at Bru Burger in Brownsburg was exceptional. Justin provided excellent service, and I was impressed by the high-quality food and the overall teamwork of the staff. I also had a chance to speak with the manager, Katie, who was receptive to my feedback and eager to make further improvements. In these challenging times for the service industry, Bru Burger is doing a great job. Keep it up!

We had a wonderful dinner and the service was great our waitress was lukewarm k. she greeted us when we sat down and refilled our drinks. everything was perfect thanks to cunningham restaurant.

I will start by saying I love CRG restaurants, Charbonos being my favorite.Tuesday, July 26, Stone Creek was totally off their game. It took us forever to get served. We didn’t get bread until well into our meal and after we asked for it. We waited forever for our meals to be served and were informed they were out of potatoes, mashed or baked. How does a restaurant run out of potatoes? When our food finally came, mine was lukewarm and her’s was overcooked with rubbery shrimp. She barely ate any. A very subpar performance in a restaurant that is one of my favorites.Again, I love this group’s restaurants and I will return and give them another try, but this time was very unacceptable and not the norm.Ian Johnston
