Feedback gevenBar was dead. I arrived at 21:30 on Saturday. had a drink and left. rap musik stunk. I thought they had played at least one mix. sad
I absolutely love this place! Me my sister go to different places once a month to catch up. When I tell you our drinks, service overall experience was phenomenal! I got the wings with jerk sauce on the side, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE SAUCE! I called today to see if I could buy the sauce have to wait until tomorrow for the owner! Great food, atmosphere service!
Was looking for a bar and grill to have dinner and drinks with my hubby. This came up on Google, reviews wasn’t terrible, so I went. Food wasn’t that great. Service was excellent, very nice, that was AFTER we waited over 15 mins for someone to even come to our table. I literally had to walk up to the bar and ask for service. I had started an open tab due to having a couple drinks and dinner. I closed my tab and paid via debit card (SAME card I started a tab with) and went home. A couple days later my card was charged AGAIN. When I called, whoever answered told me they could not fix the charge, the system was acting “weird” and that I would need to contact the owner or come in (I live 40 minutes away) when the owner returned in a week after his vacation. My card was charged an extra $50! I had to contact my bank and dispute the transaction, which could take up to 10 days. I’m still waiting for my money back and I will never go back!
I went to a party there last night. Pleasant waitress, drinks sucked for the price!, food needs a major improvement! But the party entertainment outstanding!!! Great DJ!!!
Was attempting to place an order over the phone as I’m the manager at another restaurant, and couldn’t go in to place an order and wait, the young lady who took the order was very polite and professional, the “kitchen manager” loudly speaking in the background telling her to not take an order “in case they don’t show up” was very unprofessional… I’ve been a professional chef at two highly established restaurants, as well as management in various other restaurants and never have turned down a customer, especially after the situation was explained… hopefully upper management looks into this and deals with it. I’ve never visited eddys prior and was going to be my first experience, now I believe I’ll shy away sadly…
