I haven’t been to firehouse in YEARS but I don’t remember it taking 20 minutes to make a sub, and it wasn’t busy. No ice as well which is a one off but still. Food was good but for that wait and price (more than jimmy johns by far) I’ll take my butt back to jimmy johns. Very disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My manager ducked under the counter to take a hit of his vape. Also I was fired without being told. Was only told that I haven 't been on the schedule ...2 years ago. Was not trained properly either, the manager kept telling me she 'd train me but barely made an effort to. Backroom area looked unsanitary and messy. Food: 2
