Another great experience! meat was on point and family really enjoyed every single cut.
We had a reservation for 7:45. we did not sit until 8:30. at this time we have the employees we have for the churrasco dinner. twenty minutes went by, and we received only one single 1 unnoticed bark. no other cuts were offered. scanning the large dining room, they could clearly see each table in the large dining area had a similar experience, with a heavy lack of meat servers. an hour and 15 minutes behind our reservation time and a proper evening meal did not appear any closer. I approached the waiter and told him we were going. He asked us to wait for the manager to speak to us. he came fast and told us we were free to go. I have commented on the understanding that it was probably a factor of understatement. he responded to the fact that they were fully occupied and “only dropped the ball”. this is the second bad experience in a row with fogo. the previous time that we were served raw uncooked lamb chops, and tonight we were not served at all. I do not expect to apply another fogo in the future and advise others. the company has significantly lost its commitment to quality and food.
Service was very slow. I’ve been to Fogo many times in many cities, and this was by far the worst. We eventually complained and then meats started coming quicker. Later on, the couple next to us asked us as they were leaving how we were able to get service. They were very angry. We drove 1.5 hours from Louisville to go there. Will not go back.
Service was TERRIBLE. Food was not any better. Couldn’t even hear each other it was so loud. Coke was served in a can!
