Feedback gevenThe tortillas were crispy but lacking in flavor, and there was hardly any cheese. The usual creamy blend of meat and sauce was just off. The meat had a slightly metallic taste, and the lettuce seemed a bit off too. Visually, the tacos looked good, which made the lack of flavor even more disappointing. I also ordered onion rings and loaded fries. The fries were decent, and the onion rings were fine, but they didn’t taste like they were panko-breaded as advertised. Overall, I wish I had opted for a couple of burgers or melts instead of the tacos. I still love Jack in the Box, and this was my only bad experience, so I look forward to visiting again!
Order them to eat online. it let us order the food for pickup and take our money, but when we arrived at the place, they were closed for short workers I understand. but there does not seem to be a possibility to get the money back to us. we have never received our order and have called the load several times and it goes directly to voicemail. we tried jack in the box by the "contact us' link and that leads them only to a question that will get the money back. That's ridiculous.
I pulled in to the Jack in search of a quicker meal than was available at two Wendy's. Wait time wasn't terrible, got my food about 13 min after placing order. Got drink first, then 7 min later the meal. Could have been longer. Food was okay, fresh and hot at time of getting it handed out the drive thru window. Overall, the food was good, service could be faster, but was faster than that Red Headed place, and don't ask about speed vs Chick-fil-A....
I received an email from Jack in the Box advertising pineapple shakes. I used my app to order a couple. Of course the app charges your credit card when you place the order. However when I arrived at the location I was told that the pineapple shakes were seasonal and they did not have the ingredients to make my shakes. No offer of different flavored shakes to replace the ones they couldn't make. When I asked about a refund since my credit card I was told to go through customer service on the app. I have filled out the customer service form twice now and have received no response from management.
The dinner experience at breakfast was excellent, with quick and courteous service. The drive to the restaurant was comfortable, conveniently located next to a gas station. While it was somewhat pricey, that seems to be the case everywhere these days. The food was juicy and delicious.
