They also do not know how to count. Ordered a 12 piece family meal and got a 10 piece. Weactually heard her asked while taking our order if they had enough to fill the order and they said they had 16. We orderedtenders and when I asked for sauces her exact words were "WHAT.... WHAT DO YOU WANT! SO RUDE...... When I called they answeredand hung up!
This experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a 3-piece extra crispy big box with mashed potatoes and gravy, along with macaroni and cheese. Unfortunately, the pieces of chicken I received were quite small and not extra crispy at all. The biscuit was as hard as a rock, and instead of the macaroni and cheese I requested, they gave me coleslaw. Given that I paid $14.27 (including tax), it was really disappointing. Wouldn't you agree?
I called for assistance when I couldn't reach another restaurant, and was met with unhelpfulness from a young woman on the phone who refused to identify herself—she seemed like she was hiding from the world. I spent nearly $65 on chicken, and I would have hoped to receive some support when I encountered an issue. This situation was incredibly embarrassing. I suggest steering clear of locations owned by this individual, including the one in Beech Grove. It's a case of buyer beware. The most ridiculous part of my experience was seeing a painted mirror in the kitchen that says, “Make the Colonel proud.” If Colonel Sanders were still around, he would likely shut this place down and confiscate their cookware, as he often did with restaurants that didn't meet his standards.
The restaurant was not busy when I visited, with only about three cars in the drive-thru. However, several customers inside were complaining about waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. It appeared that the staff was prioritizing the drive-thru customers and neglecting those in the lobby. One employee even blew his nose near the food preparation area and then continued to make orders without washing his hands or wearing gloves. The person I assumed was the manager seemed indifferent to the situation. I ended up getting a refund and won’t be returning.
My bank locked my card and I didn't know it so the manager said just give her the food which wasn't right to begin with and she made the comment well its not like you paid for it. I run to the bank which was right around the corner found out why it wasgetting declined so I got cash out and went back to KFC. You would think the manager would of appreciated that so I gave themwrong order back and reorder what I wanted and they still got it wrong. Apparently she can't read and wanted to have anattitude.
