Yes to this small, authentic restaurant. Walk down, arrive on a Saturday night and the place was full. Wrote my name for two and they said 10 minutes. I was skeptical, but ready to wait a bit. While I wait, I see a guy ordering beer at the counter while waiting for a table. Game changer. 2 Dos Equis later, they call my name to set me just about 5 minutes after I wrote down my name. Versekt, Chips, Salsa, instant service, man to play guitar for tips. Great, lively, gorgeous atmosphere. Extensive menu with pictures and detailed descriptions. He ordered a burrito that was huge. They sat bottles of other Salsa Verde, which was brilliant and then a red spicy guy. Margaritas we're pretty good, not too crazy, but Mexican restaurant without getting a jam? I couldn't be. Parking is a little tight, and they have outdoor seating. I would highly recommend and glad that we decided to stop this place on the way through this site of Indy. Would come back... My second fav Mexican restaurant in Indy.

Very good Mexican food surprisingly in Indy. It was authentic, the taste and prep was great. Very well maintained dining room and in a worn-out building, but do not stop it. A great mix of customers too.

This Mexican restaurant is very successful. The portions are large and the meals are delicious. If you are in the neighborhood, it is worth trying.

I hesitate to share this gem, but I can't keep it to myself. The restaurant offers authentic Mexican dishes like birria, caldo, chile rellenos, and tamarindo—all incredibly flavorful thanks to the use of schmaltz! The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, and the service is quick. It can get busy since it's not a large place, but it attracts a great crowd from all over, and you'll hear plenty of Spanish being spoken, even from local police officers. Prices are very reasonable, typically around $10 to $12. Plus, there's ample parking!

The reviews speak for themselves. I drive over an hour to come eat here and will continue to do so. The Birria is life changing and my favorite menu item. Sometimes there?s a short wait but it?s because they are popular for good reasons!!! Food always comes out hot, fresh, and in a timely fashion. The servers do an incredible job balancing multiple tables and orders. This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant of all time. Do yourself a favor and treat yo self to the food here.
